We take great care with the quality of our work but if a workmanship problem arises, we’ll take care of it at any time. Should your frame have an accident after it leaves our shop, we’re still here to help. Just bring in your frame and we will only charge you for whatever new materials are needed. Frames must have their original store sticker on the back for repairs.
Custom Framing Return Policy
Please note that there are no returns on custom framing, custom mat cuts, custom printing or photo restoration. Our expert designers take time to work with you to deliver the best possible design for your project. If you would like to make a change, let us know within 48 Hours of order placement. Once orders are processed, sales are final.
Canceling Custom Framing Orders
Custom framing orders may be canceled within 48 hours of order placement less 6% to cover banking charges. If you would prefer to make a change, let us know within 48 Hours of order placement.
Return Policy for Ready-Made Frames, Gifts, & Artwork.
Retail items may be returned unopened in new condition in their original packaging accompanied by The Framer’s Workshop receipt within 7 days of purchase.
All discounted items are final sale.

Online Purchases Shipping & Return Information
In-stock items are shipped within 3 business days. Orders are shipped from Berkeley via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Please contact us if you have any questions about shipping. Expedited shipping can be accommodated for an extra charge.
Online items may be returned within 10 days of purchase. Returns should be undamaged and in their original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Except in the case of damaged goods, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow 5 business days for bank processing. Cash and check payments may be returned by company check and mailed to you. Please allow 5 business days for bank processing of your return.
